★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a trail run with my running friends we decided to get something to eat. Our guide recommended "RÄKSMÖRGÅS" which was excellent and beat any I have had before.
My non-shrimp eating friends were happy as well.
This review may be biased by having burnt off 1800 kCal running on the beautiful and watch-your-step challenging Kullaberg

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kind staff, the Hotel is built in old Swedish style - with a lot of wood. With a stuffed wild boar in the lobby. The view over the harbour of Mölle is beautiful from the terrace of the hotel. The restaurant serves good food, maybe a bit to expensive. Though the portions are giant, maybe a bit to big.

Fairly big amounts of food for main course dishes.
Lamb steak was very well balanced with accompanying sauce and potatoes.
Fish soup was delicate and creamy, great choice if you prefer mild and "calm" flavour.
Vegan option in the form of tacos had only one problem - it was difficult to fold and eat tacos due to amount of food.
Overall the experience was very positive and the quality of the food is superb, a proper fine dining experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible hotel with one of the best restaurant experiences of my life. We had a three course dinner near New year's where the chef came out and asked my 70 year old mother and 1 year old daughter what they wanted. Kindness and caring was poured into the food and so the little things were done right. The hotel itself has a fantastic view and three rooms all have a large balcony overlooking the ocean. The rooms themselves have this charm to them like it's from an old nobles house but the bathrooms are new and modern. The lobby had several types of refreshments from nuts to Christmas fudge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My companys food took over 1h to arrive and when it did, it was almost cold. We arrived early before many guests had come, but people who showed up later than us recieved their food earlier!
My meal, their "world famous räkmacka", arrived even later than for the rest of my company, (which is funny, since it should be the easiest meal to put together), and when it did, my friends had already finished eating. Moreover, it had no finesse. It was simply a pile of prawns on a pile of mixed sallad on 2 pieces of dry bread.
One of the waitresses apologized for my late meal, but other than her, the staff showed no inclination of guilt or apologetic behaviour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A small seaside hotel with lots of history and lots of charm. It's a bit old but very nicely done and extremely charming. Excellent breakfast and a very good restaurant as well, their scrimp mountain for lunch is not to be missed. Friends stayed at the Grand Hotel Mölle, but it seems like this one was the much better choice.
Very friendly staff, comfortable beds, super hot and high pressure shower pressure, it ticked all our boxes. Only it is in need need of a bit of tightening up, both for the rooms and the common areas, do that and the hotel would be a pearl!
