Joe & The Juice

Om man måste ha musik på - högt - kan man ha bra musik... Jag brukar alltid köpa samma juice som är god, men senast var den mycket vattnigare, förutom i slutet, då det tycktes finnas en slajmig klump av någon sort. Jag vill VERKLIGEN inte spekulera i vad det kunde ha varit. :-<

Lovely tuna avacado sandwich

It's a good Juice place.

Perfectly fine for a simple sandwich or juice.

Good location (next to Alvik train station), good juice, friendly staff.

I am a regular customer and always enjoyed my drinks and foods. Today was the first time I went to this branch and ordered a Cappuccino with oat milk (as I am vegan and can't drink any other type of milk). After waiting for 25mins, I was informed that they are out of oat milk, which they could tell me in advanced when I ordered it. Also it's not possible to give my money back, as they don't know how to do it in their system!!!! Anyway I asked them to Swish my money back and I think the guy just did it through his personal bank account!!!! They didn't even offer any compensation for the trouble and the time we were waiting there. The whole thing was a bit confusing for me and I didn't expect that from Joe & The Juice. Me and my colleagues decided to never go to this place again and instead go to the other coffee shop just in the other site of the street, which we wait not more than 5mins to get the simple coffee.

Usually a very loyal and happy customer at Joe & The Juice. Today I ordered a Serrano sandwich and asked for salt & pepper on my sandwich as well as a couple of drops of Tabasco on it. For this I was charged 7 kr! Seriously? A 10% price increase for a couple of drops of Tabasco? The place was packed with only one person working which means the wait was almost 20 min just for my sandwich. Finally, I didn’t get any salt & pepper on my sandwich.
