Amapola had a couple of suggestions, including shared taxi to Stockholm, money back, etc. But they did NOT offer taxis to Umeå and flights from there to Stockholm. When you were asked the answer, the answer was that they were worried you would not make it in time. I took my own taxi and sat in the gate 45 minutes before the plane took off. Never again Amapola for me. Had it not been for my own initiative, I would not have arrived at the final destination the same day with all that entails. It should be added that the airport staff was very good and should not be included in this assessment but only Amapola and their actions.
