★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bra priser och taxin kommer alltid i tid. Jag har däremot lite problem när taxichauffören röker i bilen och kör med öppet fönster för att vädra. Sist jag åkte taxi kändes det som att jag åkte i en askkopp ?
Good prices and the taxi always arrives on time. However, I have a bit of a problem when the taxi driver smokes in the car and drives with an open window to ventilate. The last time I took a taxi, it felt like I was riding in an ashtray ?

Totally useless, pre-book a car that does not arrive late when you call and call for the car so they do not get hold of the driver. last time I call Taxi 23

Bilarna brukar komma rätt snabbt och förarna brukar vara trevliga.
Have always worked well for me to go with the company.
The cars usually get pretty fast and the drivers tend to be nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jag ringde en taxi till min vän. Min vän skickade en bild när de var utanför adressen så att jag sedan kunde bekräfta om taxin ringde.
Så när taxin ringde så blev jag avbruten med "your friend is not here, your friend is not here" varje gång jag började prata. Det jag blev mest kränkt över var att jag inte fick säga klart en enda mening under hela konversationen. Jag som kund skall inte behöva hålla lugnet medan personen vars tjänst jag hyr in ignorerar mig och allt jag säger. Jag fick sluta samtalet med "I'm sorry, you wont stop interrupting me and you don't answer my questions so I am going to hang up now". I'm appealed, truly.
I called a taxi to my friend. My friend sent a picture when they were outside the address so I could then confirm if the taxi called.
So when the taxi called, I was interrupted with "your friend is not here, your friend is not here" every time I started talking. What I was most offended by was that I was not allowed to say a single sentence during the entire conversation. As a customer, I should not have to keep calm while the person whose service I hire ignores me and everything I say. I had to end the conversation with "I'm sorry, you wont stop interrupting me and you do not answer my questions so I'm going to hang up now". I'm appealed, truly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bokade inatt, fick ett fast pris. Sa min adress 3 gånger för att det inte skulle bli missförstånd, ändå blev det fel, därmed mycket dyrare. Trots inte min skuld så blev chauffören mycket otrevlig o aggressiv och vägrade köra oss vidare. Han borde verkligen inte vara i serviceyrket.
Booked last night, got a fixed price. Said my address 3 times so that there would be no misunderstanding, still it went wrong, thus much more expensive. Despite not my fault, the driver became very unpleasant and aggressive and refused to drive us on. He really should not be in the service profession.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst taxi company ever! I ordered a taxi after having to call two times. They said it would take 4 min. After 20 min the taxi driver called me and said he was at the traffic light and just before arriving where I was standing waiting, it took another passenger. I told him on the phone it was the wrong passenger but he still left claiming the ramdon person who hasnt booked him was late to catch her train. I called the company complaining and they said another taxi would come in 7 min, which never happened. So basically they literally took the piss. Not carying at all at leaving a costumer on the street at 23.00 waiting for a taxi for 50min. I WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN.
