★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kallar sina kunder för idiot.. jätte seriösa chaufförer. Ringde så sa jag att jag vill ha en tack från A till B så frågar han vart ska jag komma så säger jag kom till adress A. Efter samtalet så tror han att jag lagt på och säger till de han kör eller vad fan vet jag, j"a idioten ger mig 2 adresser." Vadå idiot? Vadå 2 adresser, från A till B, hur svårt är det o fatta det? Riktigt oseriöst av den chauffören, ni har förlorat en trogen kund.
Calling their customers for idiot .. giant serious drivers. Called so I said I want a thank you from A to B so he asks where to come so I say came to address A. After the conversation he thinks I put on and says to those he drives or what the hell do I know j "the idiot gives me 2 addresses." What idiot? What 2 addresses, from A to B, how difficult is it to make it? Really frivolous by that driver, you have lost a loyal customer.

Svar: nej jag bokade via er från Radisson Blue i centrala Helsingborg till Helsingborg Arena. Valde att ta taxi då jag hade en viktig tid att passa. Fick lösa sig på annat vis då ni varken dök upp eller hörde av er.

Då får ni nog överväga att anställa en ny person i växeln. Varför skulle jag hitta på att jag bokat taxi? Ni framstår ju bara som helt värdelösa nu. Att ni inte inser era misstag, beklagar det inträffade och sen går vidare?

Answer: no I booked through you from Radisson Blue in central Helsingborg to Helsingborg Arena. Chose to take a taxi as I had an important time to fit. Had to resolve in another way as you neither showed up nor heard from you.

Then you should probably consider hiring a new person in the switchboard. Why would I think I booked a taxi? You just appear completely useless now. That you do not realize your mistakes, regret what happened and then move on?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Åkte med detta bolag och fick betala det dubbla tack vare att chauffören körde på småvägar från Vasatorp till centrum. Att han fällde rasistiska kommentarer som att vi skulle undvika Al Qaida-land (söder om centrum) samt att busschauffören som körde lite galet säkert var taliban gjorde inte resan trevligare. Res med ett annat bolag!
Went with this company and had to pay double thanks to the driver driving on small roads from Vasatorp to the center. The fact that he made racist comments such as that we should avoid Al Qaeda (south of the center) and that the bus driver who drove a little crazy was probably the Taliban did not make the trip more pleasant. Travel with another company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ringde och bokade en taxi för 5 personer. Herrn i luren sa att "Du behöver inte boka, vi har lediga större bilar. Ring en halvtimme innan". Sagt och gjort, vi ringde en halvtimme innan, alla större bilar var uppbokade. Det förstörde ju vårt förtroende för detta bolag och vår kväll.
Called and booked a taxi for 5 people. The gentleman on the phone said that "You do not need to book, we have free larger cars. Call half an hour before". Said and done, we called half an hour before, all major cars were booked. It destroyed our confidence in this company and our evening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used Taxi-Helsingborg over the past 4 years. In addition to always showing up on-time for our very early morning trips to Kastrup, the prices to Kastrup have always been reasonable. Great service, and even though I need to reserve the times in English I am always comfortable they know where and when to arrive. Recommended taxi service!
