Taxi97 Transport Kompaniet

Cheated by this company. Made an enquiry with them but then booked with another company. Arrived at pick up point at Malmo to be greeted by the Taxi97 driver who bustled us into his cab before the booked taxi driver could reach us. I should have checked properly myself but this was very sharp practice. To top it off, it was a smelly car and I was charged well over the top for the journey.

Avoid! Doggy company with rude drivers. We have ordered taxi and confirmed price over the phone (since apparently they only do fixed price). Driver came and put 99 swidish koron on the clock then during the ride changed it to 129 without explanation. When we asked him why he changed the price he said its because we had a kids pram with us. When we told him we had a fixed price he was pretending he cant understand english. We end up telling him to stop and let us get out since we will not pay 129.

Booked a taxi with a days notice for me and my son. It was a nightmare all three taxi drivers couldn’t fit a child seat safely. They also promised a refund for this poor service but didn’t respond to an email request after a verbal offer of a refund over the phone. If you are travelling with a child book a different company.

Very good and cheap taxi company. I didn’t know they have fixed prices, loved it. So cheap to travel around in Malmö. I will recommend taxi 97 to all of my friends.

The taxi driver of this company (taxi id 115 Regnr WJJ508 would cheat your money by saying one price when you take the taxi but charge you for higher price because you are already on the taxi. We took a taxi from Malmo to Lund. When we took it, the driver said it is 500kr ( same price as other driver) but when we are on the way, he told us that we are charged 600kr because we are 4 persons. This is unfair and unacceptable behavior to cheat the passengers. Is this even legal in Sweden? Edit: This company contacted me regarding the fact and informed me that they communicated the same to the taxi driver and give a warning to the driver because the driver can’t give a good reason for doing this. This company promised me of refunding and I hope this won’t happen again to other customer of this company.

Aggressive call center staff, who seems to be in urgent need of customer interfacing training. Taxi car has seen better days. Very friendly and professional driver. Only reason why it’s not 2 stars!

Goo service. Clean and nice cab. Fixed price to the airport. Really nice!

My husband has left his wallet in the taxi97. He called several times to ask the driver to check the cabin, as he was certain that the wallet was there. We were assured that the driver has checked all over and the wallet wasn't there. So my husband blocked all his cards and ordered new ones. Today, 5 days later, he got a phone call from the driver saying that he has found the wallet under the carpet. He was willing to bring the wallet but we had to pay for the ride. It is of course fair. What is not fair, is that only 5 days later the driver decided to lift the carpet. My question is: Is it a common practice that the cars at the company aren't inspected properly? It is without questions my husband's responsibility that he has forgot his wallet in the taxi, but it is certainly the driver's/company's responsibility to properly check the cabin for lost goods. As a result of this slipshod approach we have lost a lot of nerves and money.
