Det började för snart 35 år sen. Då en 15 årig flicka från Mekongdeltat i Vietnam som åkte tillsammans med sin storasyster till Saigon i södra Vietnam för att starta en gaturestaurang på Lê Thánh Tôn gatan. Syskonens startkapital räckte till att köpa råvarorna till en handfull gäster. Deras gäster var xichlo (cykeltaxi i Vietnam) förare och fattiga fabriksarbetare. De sökte sig till syskonens restaurang för att få en måltid som passade till deras plånböcker.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Authentic food with high quality, not that expensive compared to what you get. There’s not many restaurants where you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu but this might be one of then. Loved the flavors and presentation of the dishes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent food but somewhat confused service (which was understandable since it was a very busy day for the amount of staff present - but getting good answers on what allergens were in the food was hard).
Portion sizes can vary quite a lot between different dishes, so I would recommend asking before ordering.
Food is excellent, I had the soft-shell crab, sour soup, caramel pork and green tea ice cream, everything was delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very authentic Vietnamese food. The food made me feel like I was home again. The staff was friendly and quick response. You know you’re in an authentic Vietnamese place when you can smell the fish sauce the minute you walk in and the Vietnamese music playing in the background. The only downside is the price but it seems like restaurants in Lund are similar prices anyway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely restaurant that happens to share name with my mother in law. Great service and great food. Very tasty fish sauce, yummy crispy deep-fried spring rolls which were fluffy and light. Fresh herbs and tender meat. It's all delicious. Will for sure be back next time I'm in town :)
