Delar Olof Qvants uppfattning! Dessutom blev jag lurad och den lösa snubben i luren sa att jag hade kommit till trelleborg taxi så jag blev fett förvirrad och glum varför jag ringde ?

Good taxi service. Not the cheapest, but reliable and usually competent.

Me and my wife got COVID19 when using this taxi last Easter. No protection in the car and not very clean, but we had no choice so we took the risk, which we should not have done. Several weeks being bad and wife even in hospital 5 days. Avoid.

We booked a trip from Vellinge to CPH airport. Driver was just on time, very professional and polite. Will use again. Thanks!

It took more than 5 minutes until someone answered the phone (in the afternoon during the working week). Most employees in the switchboard are clumsy and can't get anything sorted out. Drivers hardly speak Swedish and don't know their way around. Ordered taxis do not come or much too late. The organization in this company seems to be a disaster. The customer is everything here, just not a king. A Bengali farrier is better run than this company.

25 minutes late. Was supposed to meet outside customs but no sign of driver. After 15 min on hold, I was told the taxi would be there in 5 min. After 25 min, still no taxi inside or outside. Finally, not a Vellinge Taxi but Svea Taxi (whoever they are) working for Vellinge Taxi with a driver who hardly spoke Swedish nor English for that matter. Should have taken one of the 7 Swedish taxis waiting outside the airport and saved hassle, cold and half an hour.
